Buying a Home To begin, you'll work closely with Jerry as well as with a Certified Buyers' Representative who has extensive knowledge of the housing market and is trained to work with buyers. During the negotiation phase, Jerry will take command and secure the best possible deal for you. Once your home is under contract, our highly organized and very personable closing coordinator moves in and oversees the 92 details involved in getting your home closed. Should any problems arise as you move through the process, Jerry is always ready to step in and save the deal. Although there are many pitfalls along the road to home ownership, we're proud to say that over the past five years, we've closed all but two of the 500 some contracts we've written. So if you list your home with us, or buy your home through us, be prepared to move. One of the most stressful events of your life will be selling your home. With our team approach, we take away as much of that stress as possible. First, Jerry will prepare a comprehensive market analysis to help you determine the right price for your home ?THE most important element of listing a home ? and Jerry has years of experience to help you get it right the first time. Jerry will also review with you our variable commission plan, because we feel that all selling situations are different, so you should be able to choose the commission level that works for you. By listing your home with us, you'll gain the advantage of our comprehensive marketing plan ? one of the strongest in the city ? which covers all forms of media including radio, television, print, internet and direct mail. Our listing coordinator will manage your listing using a state-of-the-art, computerized real estate program, so you can rest easy knowing we're not going to forget any of the 43 tasks included in our listing management plan. When an offer comes in, Jerry will take charge of negotiations and ensure that you receive the highest dollar amount possible as well as the most beneficial terms. Once we get your home under contract, a process that takes an average of less than 60 days in our office, our closing coordinator takes over and performs the 92 details involved in getting a home closed. As the go-between, we can almost always negotiate a better deal for you. We follow this up with regular inspections of the job site, making sure that you are represented all the way to closing.
