Jerry's Marketing Plan

Not only will Jerry Design the marketing system for your home but he will discuss the various options regarding the cost you can expect to incur.  Your cost depends on the marketing system you select.  You be the judge and this is based on how fast you need to sell as well as your complete timing package.

WARNING, this is only an estimate.  Actual values consist of looking at the sales in your area for similar properties, the condition of your home, the staging ability of your home and many more factors. Just the personal experience of a seasoned agent can save you thousands of lost dollars in equity and time.  

To do this Jerry personally with an assistant will visit your home to get actual details, measure your house and get important information that can determine the final marketing value of your home.  Occasionally Jerry will have a fee based appraisal completed. 

Then the next step is to meet with Jerry personally to go over all the details and his marketing strategy.

Beware of the agent that goes to your house with a printed list of numbers prior to the agent ever visiting your house.  How can you determine price without looking at the house and then studying the results, then making a professional recomendation?  Kinda like a doctor that says take these pills and see me later.  This is not the way to treat your most valuable financial asset.
