Get Rid of Uninstalled Programs

There are alternatives to Add or Remove Programs? If you have ever uninstalled a software program you know that the program is not completely uninstalled.   There are a lot of components still left behind and in fact some uninstalls actually add information and extra features as the uninstall occurs.
A regular uninstall can make the task of cleaning up your computer really difficult unless you are an expert.
