There is now a free program out there that allows you to create a PDF file to send to your associates, business contacts or simply your friends. A PDF file can be viewed on any computer and is the best way to share documents electronically through your email. Through a PDF the original formatting of your documents is maintained. Of course you can purchaser Adobe Acrobat and create PDF's easily however that program is very pricey and comes with many features that most people will never use. There is a free program called doPDF and adds a PDF creator to your list of printers and works in virtually any Windows program. This is really simply and a real life saver when creating PDF's.
