Each week I introduce you to programs, tips and techniques that can help you in your computer world.  Some are just fun to use and others can change the way you do business and make you more efficient.  

Just a note to tell you that before I suggest anything to you, I have personally used all Internet Tools to make sure they are easy and fun.

This week I want to introduce you to a web site that can help you understand Excel.  This is one of my favorite pieces of software. I use it daily. And it makes our work so much easier around the office and at home.

Excel is one of the most misunderstood programs available to you and yet it is one of the most powerful programs.  The problem is most people just dont know how to take advantage of the awesome power of Excel. 

Excel can be used in business to set your yearly goals, budgets and expenses, to set and track your home budget.   It is a godsend when it comes time to look at financials or prepare charts. It is a must for personal budgets.  What if you get a raise, how does this effect your budget?  In seconds Excel can show you.
 
For beginners, Excel is very intimidating, however fairly easy to learn. This weeks Internet Tool  will help get you up and going in no time. It is a must for anyone who is looking for a job in business but isn't familiar with the program!  I even had a few expert users tell me that this is one of the best learning tools for excel they have seen and the best part is it is FREE.
